if you love climbing stairs, this place is for you! with no elevator and cramped rooms, you’d think they’d offer an upgrade as a courtesy, but no. i also had to share tea setup outside my room with others, so hygienic, right? almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Just spent an amazing weekend here! Fine location by the river, perfect for exploring Annecy. The staff were super cheerful and helpful. Our room was comfy, though a bit small. Loved the dinner at the restaurant-definitely worth it!

The concept of having a shared drink station on the landing adds a unique twist, offering a compact way to enjoy Nespresso coffee and milk without cluttering the small rooms. Also, the two Nespresso pods provided upon arrival is a thoughtful touch for those who enjoy a quick caffeine fix.
Rooms are small, which can feel cramped, especially if you’re staying for more than a couple of nights. Housekeeping left the coffee pods unreplenished during my stay, and the towels were carelessly left in a pile instead of organized in the bathroom. There’s no elevator, making it a hassle to navigate stairs with luggage, and some rooms might feel less private due to lack of proper shower doors.

We loved exploring the charming streets of Annecy. The hotel’s modern interior was a delightful contrast to its classic facade. Breakfast was a hit with the teens—especially the fresh croissants. A visit to Lake Annecy was a memorable family adventure!
My wife says that the lack of an elevator was a hassle with luggage.

Couples looking for a charming stay
The location was perfect,, right in the heart of everything and the staff was genuinely cute and friendly. I walked into the breakfast area, and there it was,, my breakfast served exactly on time, just the way I asked.
It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but I’d say it was acceptable for the experience.
